Some possible reasons for suspension are listed below:

• The account has been used for spamming or other abuse that violates our terms and conditions.
• To protect the integrity of the service and other users using the service.

Sites are automatically suspended after 7 days of non-payment of web hosting invoices. Invoices can be checked by logging into your billing account at https://www.tolranet.com/clients/

• Settling outstanding invoices online will result in automatic reactivation of the account within approximately 30 minutes
• Paying invoices via offline methods will result in the account being reactivated once payment has cleared

Please Note: The account and data contained within it still currently exists on TOLRA's servers. In the case of non-payment the account and all data will be destroyed 14 days from the original invoice due date if no action is taken.
